I’m on a mission to demystify the spiritual world and make it more approachable and digestible, particularly for women of color.
My transformative practices and spiritual products are centered on building community and healing the collective from generational and past life trauma.
MY STORY
Sometimes our journey to healing begins in a place of desperation. When we’re overwhelmed by toxic relationships, negative emotions, and destructive behaviors, our lives can start to feel out of control. I have been there too. I was in a dark place when I left my marriage 10 years ago, struggling with heartbreak, loneliness, and stress. Despite all of it, I was intuitively guided to create a better life for me and my children, and slowly but surely, I pulled myself out of the trenches. I committed to doing the hard—and sometimes painful—work of peeling back the layers, stepping into my authentic self, and trusting my intuition.
At the time, it was all new to me, and honestly, it was a little scary. But with practice and time, I’ve learned to break free from generational beliefs and stigmas that are keeping me stuck so that I can explore who I really am and strengthen my identity. Today, healing is foundational to who I am and the way I take care of myself every day. Now, when things don't work out the way I planned, I know that they're working in my favor in the long run and remind myself that I am divinely guided to where I need to be. Now, I want to do the same for you I will meet you where you’re at in your ascension, and give you a new perspective on self-care so you can move your healing forward.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
⟡ I’m a mom of two teenagers! They are my WORLD and I love doing life with them.
⟡ I live for football! I’m a season ticket holder who never misses a game. My kids even have a name for my game-day alter ego - “Game-Day Amy”.
⟡ I absolutely love to cook! Gathering around a table for a meal is one of my favorite ways to pour love into others.
⟡ When it comes to travel and concerts, I’m so there! For me, it’s all about experiences over things.
